• We can also include new homes in your search, as your agent we can help determine which developments are a suitable match for your requirements.
   

• Always take your agent with you - there may be special buyer incentives - the builders advertise to us because they want us to show you their homes. If you turn up by yourself, they have no need to offer you an incentive as the tract agents work for the builder and they won't mention any special promotions if they don't have to.
